Leadership Retreats are uniquely designed for your group, staff, ministry or team.

Plowpoint coaches have led retreats for groups as small as five and as large as five hundred.

These retreats can be designed for any group within your church. Your Church Leadership Council, your church staff or a particular ministry area within your church such as choir, mission team or mission area can all benefit from the training offered by Plowpoint. (Ask about our special Mission Team training to help your group form as a team before you leave the country or area.)
