Leadership and Staff Development

Leadership and Staff Development for your church can be accomplished through a combination of direct instruction, assessments, and one-on-one coaching to equip, empower and coalesce the group to fulfill their common purpose.

These sessions optimally can be conducted over a weekend (Friday-Saturday) retreat or during a weekday session. Sometimes one church will host a staff development retreat for another church in the area.
