The Ministry of Plowpoint was born from the core vision that God is calling us, the Church, to reclaim our call as God’s instrument of healing for this broken and hurting world. But before we, the Church, can be an effective instrument of healing, we, too, must be healed, restored, and equipped to respond. Furthermore, our church leaders, and especially our pastors, must be healed, restored, and equipped to lead the Church effectively since how we lead, others will follow.
Look at this picture of a church wall to the left. When people drive by your church, what are they thinking about your church? Look at these sturdy walls. Do the walls of your church represent something? Or do they just hold up the roof? Notice the sun between the tree and building. Is the sun setting on your church or is the sun rising? What about The Son?
Plowpoint is committed to the ministry of your Church. We are in actuality missionaries to the Local Church. We exist to strengthen your ministry. We are a ministry of repairing and preparing the Church and church leaders for ministry. We know your ministry and we know your church. Over the eight years of Plowpoint’s ministry we have worked with hundreds of churches and thousands of pastors. Through that work we have developed strategies that equip and nurture churches and church leaders to become effective instruments of God’s transformational grace for others.
