Spiritual Coaching
One-on-one coaching specifically designed to maximize the unique calling of clergy and laity through various stages and circumstances in ministry. Our coaches are trained and certified by national coaching agencies. These sessions, usually lasting an hour, are conducted over the phone.

Several different assessment tools can be used to discover your unique giftedness and personality. Each of these tools are professional quality assessments that will give you a clear and concise picture of who you are as a leader in the church.

All our coaches are either clergy or are lay members of local churches. This coaching is based on experience, training and Biblical principles of leadership and discipleship.
