1. Church Transformation Team Training and Certification
(Each registered participant must complete seven 4 hour units and one 5 hour unit to complete training and certification process as a Church Transformation Team member.)

(All current CTT members are expected to complete at least one 3 hour continuing education unit for skills training twice a year.)

A response about recent work of the Church Transformation Team.
I wanted to let you know that we had our final “Longing to Belong” session this past Sunday, with Transformation Team leaders Ric Vandett and Marie Parrott-Withers. I’m extremely grateful for the leadership, direction, guidance, and wisdom they shared with us. We had a good turnout for every session, and I do believe that some real healing has already begun to take place among us. Just being placed in a room together and speaking to one another was the beginning of healing for some people in our congregation. We’ve already got some preliminary plans for how we will be following up with all of our information in the weeks ahead. For now, we’re so very grateful for Plowpoint, the “Longing to Belong” process, and to all who helped to bring it to our church. There’s a feeling of optimism in our church body that we haven’t felt in a couple of years!
